Jen has been a member of LFR for 4-5 years now and has always been an active member of the club including being on the committee in previous years. She regularly run leads on club nights and this year has completed her EA LIRF. On top of her support for the club Jen is also hugely supportive of other members, always encouraging them and providing handy hints and tips. Jen has had a brilliant running year where she has achieved PB's across the board. She has taken part in a number of races this year including the Loch Ness marathon, Luton Half, Bedford Half, Twin Lakes 20, a sprint triathlon, to name but a few. Well done Jen!
