Nolan has been a member of LFR for 3-4 years now and although we don't always see him on club nights he always races in his LFR kit. Nolan is always out racing in different locations but during 2021 he had a lengthy lay off with injury, however during this time he remained actively supportive of all club members via the Facebook group. Nolan started to incorporate more club runs back into his rehab and training when work allowed and we also saw him step up to volunteer on cake night, C25K and even dropping off cake when he couldn't even make the run! December saw Nolan out and about, running a few parkruns and even racing a 10 miler at Lee Valley post Christmas. I think it's safe to say, Nolan is back!
