Andy ran a great marathon at MK. He'd been training for his 1st marathon for over 20 months following the continued covid postponements... he executed this to a T with his sub 4 hour goal, not getting carried away in the moment. I've no doubt Andy is capable of an even quicker time, but that wasn't the goal, so huge kudos to sticking to it!

By the time MK came around Andy had led the most club runs since we started back on March 30th. Andy has mainly been leading the step up groups (with some leads from Dougie too), it's allowed some runners to move through from social runs, build up distance, pace and confidence, I know some members are particularly grateful for this!

Well done Andy, you are definitely embracing the LFR ethos! Thank you for your continued support to the club.
