Reality of Course Description – Challenging 10k on Dunstable downs with a big hill towards the end.

Water and Fuel Stations – Water at the start and end.

Time of year – May. Was hot when we ran it, but always a breeze on the downs so you don’t feel it so much

Why I chose this race – Challenging course, scenic views, big team presence with 15 LFR runners

Organisation – Excellent

Feedback Summary – Local, inexpensive 10k with superb views. Its not to be missed.

Will I be back – Yes!

Tips for next time – run the hill a few more times in training.
