Course Description – Couldn’t find one on website, probably removed until next year

Reality of Course Description – Lots of country roads, very very hilly. Actually felt like there was no flat ground, either going up a hill or down!

Water and Fuel Stations – lots, also energy drink stations

Time of year – June

Why I chose this race – Very hilly, all country roads, bit of a challenge, last years’ time to beat

Organisation – Well organised. Car parking provided by a few local schools opening their playgrounds

Feedback Summary – Great race, well organised. A few stalls for kids in Verulamium Park. Lots of local support and spectators at the end. Massage available, medal engraving of your time, Food stalls, etc
