Our April ROTM is Emma Hibbins & Gina Gurney! Congratulations Emma & Gina!

Congratulations to sisters Emma and Gina. They started the couch to 5K course in September, which they graduated from in December, and they joined the club soon after. Since then they’ve been coming to the club twice-weekly. Once they set themselves the goal of the 10K, they started taking part in all types of sessions from socials to 11 pace groups, out & backs, 800s and loops nights and they started incorporating parkrun into their training. They both completed their goal running the distance without stopping within the time they were looking at. They’ve also both volunteered to help later this month at Rushmere for the LFR day. Well done both!
