This is the week that was….our last week of running….
Following the usual club runs in the week, it was a weekend full of events. parkrun Day saw LFRs at Luton Wardown, Hamstead Heath, Linford Wood, Houghton Hall, Seaton, Buckingham, Rushmere and Dunstable Downs.
