Congratulations to JK on being chosen as Runner of the Month for July 2018.

We have an amazing bunch of runners in LFR who have either completed 100 or more marathons or numerous ridiculously long races and one of them, JK,  seems to go from strength to strength. He made his annual trip to the Lake  district  to compete in a 100m run. The real mix of conditions really took it out of him as did struggling with feeding early on, but Hell Yeah, he kept going and completed it.
