Congratulations to Jeremy on being chosen as Runner of the month for November.

Jeremy has been a member for a while now and is often seen at club nights but it is his knowledge and training as a Paramedic that has led him to stand out twice recently. Firstly in offering training to run leaders on basic first aid but more than that he stopped on his way home from Parkrun to assist a fallen runner at the Dirt half. He gave medical assistance and stayed with the gentleman until he could be collected by an Ambulance. What an inspiring individual.
