Congratulations Andrew Heale in being nominated again for LFR runner of the month! For those that do not know Andrew he came from our Couch to 5k programme and since then, and in a relatively short space of time, has gone from 5k runner to reaching 'GFA' standard with a sub-3.15 marathon time! Along the way he's also run at almost every single Rushmere parkrun since its inception a year ago. You won't meet a more humble or likeable guy in the club, and for all the above Andrew was nominated Runner of the Month October 2016. Fantastic work Andrew! Keep it up!
